Blow & Know and Wipe & Know tissues were developed by a Mayo Clinic trained physician and Molecular Biologist from the University of Washington.
This tissues in the U.S. are classified by the FDA as a "general wellness product."
Manufacturing and packaging process will meet federal U.S. standards for packaging over-the-counter general wellness products.
